Shipping is $5.99 on all orders below $100 in the States, orders above $100 will be shipped for free. Express shipping and overnight shipping are offered, the customer is responsible for the fees, free shipping on orders over $100 does not apply to express and overnight shipping. We are not responsible for any packages reported lost over 24 hours past the delivered notice. Any packages damaged in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the package including pictures and videos of the damage. Canadian shipping is $20 USD and any additional charges by customs will be covered by the customer. Fees vary, the customer will be responsible for all fees once the order has been placed and processed. Free shipping to Canada is offered on orders $400 USD and above. If the customer refuses to pay customs and taxes on the package and the package is held by the carrier, no refund will be offered unless the customer pays the fee to have the package returned to us.
